IWMI has compiled a literature review while seeking to understand the concept and possible links to resilience in the context of the feminisation of agriculture and male out-migration in Nepal.
The literature review provides the grounding for an empirical study for the BRACED project Anukulan, which will analyze the interlinkages between women’s empowerment and resilience to climate related shocks and stresses in two case studies in the West and Far West of Nepal.
